One thing which impressed me the most is food in Korea. We were lucky because our host, the Korea National Tourism Organisation, had planned a wonderful itinerary for us which included sampling of the best food in Korea.
We had nice traditional Korean fish steamboat at the Institute of Korean Traditional Cuisine, BBQ pork, Ginseng Chicken and Seafood Steamboat. You must try all of these…its fingers licking good!

Sorry, cant really help u with korean food recipe. But u can visit a bookstore. I am sure many recipe cookbooks are available there. Cheers
